On high-risk construction sites, every detail counts when it comes to protecting workers and limiting contamination. After working in contaminated environments – such as those containing asbestos, silica, or fine dust – P100 filters continue to contain hazardous particles. This is a simple and effective solution for securing P100 filters after exposure to hazardous particles, like asbestos.
What your complete kit contains
- 2× Monark protective covers for P100 filters
- 1× Bag identified with product label bearing the MD Logo
Operating instructions
Step 1: Inspect and clean the pair of lids
Carefully check that no residue is blocking the insertion of the lids. Then clean with water, and dry the inside thoroughly.
Step 2: Attaching the pair of lids
Check that the four fixing hooks are properly aligned with the outer edge of the P100 filter. Press firmly on the cover until you hear a "click" indicating that each hook is correctly engaged.
Step 3: Removing the pair of protective covers
To remove the Monark covers from the P100 filters, gently release two of the four retaining clips located around the edge of the cover. Once these two clips are released, the cover should detach easily, without force, thanks to the flexibility of the material.
